Rod Clutter graduated college from the University of Evansville in 1975 and from Indiana University School of Law in 1978. After serving as an attorney for the United States Air Force, Rod returned to Evansville where he has practiced personal injury law since 1985.
Initially, Rod worked for insurance companies on behalf of those against whom personal injury claims were being made. For the last thirteen years, however, Rod has worked exclusively on behalf of persons killed or seriously injured as the result of the negligence of others. Rod has handled numerous cases involving such mishaps as: motor vehicle collisions, work site accidents, pedestrian injuries, dog bites, and slips and falls. In addition to handling his own cases, Rod has also worked for many years as a civil mediator helping other lawyers settle their personal injury cases.
Rod has been active in the Evansville community, involved in such activities as teaching, coaching, and hospice volunteer work. He is also active in the Evansville Bar Association.
Rod is married to his paralegal, Audria, and between them, they have five children and five grandchildren.
Having practiced personal injury law for over three decades, Rod is fully and ably prepared to put his extensive knowledge and experience to work for you to obtain the maximum recovery you deserve. If your case can’t be settled with the insurance company, then Rod will fight for you in the courtroom to obtain a fair and just verdict.
